Ordering Procedures
Payment:
We accept PayPal, certified check, or money orders.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping is free in the continental United States on notecard orders.
The Buyer pays for shipping, handling, and insurance on all other orders. I will ship worldwide, but email first for a quote.
Return Policy:
I gladly accept returns under the following terms:
1. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of your receipt of the item.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition.
3. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges.
4. The completed return form must accompany the item.
5. Shipping/handling/insurance fees are not refundable.
6. No custom order can be returned unless it is damaged in shipping.
Ordering Information:
Your purchased art work item will be carefully packaged, insured and shipped. The Book Cover Eco Art and the Fine Arts Pieces come with a card describing the piece.
Procedure for Ordering:
Fill in your name, mailing address and email address information in the following boxes. Then, in the message box indicate the name of the work(s) you would like to purchase and your method of payment. Also, indicate if the shipping address is different from your mailing address.
